Welcome to cave17.org (the “Site”), operated by Cave17 LLC (“Cave17,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Cave17 LLC

Cave17 LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that operates as an umbrella entity for a portfolio of digital services and software products. The Site is informational in nature and serves as the public-facing presence of the company. Products and services operated under the Cave17 umbrella are made available through separate websites, each governed by its own terms of service and policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

“Cave17,” the Cave17 logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of Cave17 LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted, express or implied.

5. User Submissions

If you submit information through the Site (for example, by using a contact form or sending us an email), you grant Cave17 a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and operating the Site. You represent that you have the right to submit such information and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site unless we have specifically requested it under a separate agreement.

6. Affiliated Products and Third-Party Sites

The Site may reference or link to products, services, or websites operated under the Cave17 umbrella or by third parties. Those products and websites are governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and commercial arrangements. Cave17 is not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party website, and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

7. No Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAVE17 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance on information found on the Site is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CAVE17 LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE.

CAVE17’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cave17 LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications to the Site and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any portion of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at contact@cave17.org and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue formal resolution in accordance with Section 12.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cave17 LLC regarding the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals.
